Although her candidacy for president of the United States is not official yet, the former First Lady has already selected a Latina for a key post in her future campaign.

Although she has not confirmed her aspiration for the Democratic nomination to the White House, the former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has taken the necessary steps to consolidate the support of the Latino community, according to analysts.

In the midst of a scandal over her use of private emails during her tenure, Clinton has already decided, according to The Wall Street Journal, to appoint Amanda Rentería, a Latina who is the daughter of farmworkers and who ran for Congress in 2014, as her deputy political director (sic).

Aunque todavía no confirma su aspiración a la candidatura demócrata a la Casa Blanca la exsecretaria de Estado, Hillary Clinton, está dando los pasos necesarios para afianzar el apoyo de la comunidad latina, según analistas.

En medio del escándalo por el uso de correos privados durante su gestión, Clinton habría decidido según The Wall Street Journal nombrar como subdirectora política a Amanda Rentería, latina, hija de padres campesinos y quien compitió al Congreso en 2014.
